You may see a little resemblance here within Cotton Aesthetics & Beauty, and that's because we stayed true to cotton roots!
The farmhouse details throughout the salon are a tribute to salon owner Hailee Dihel's family farming background in Arizona cotton and hay industry.

Now taking a leap into the aesthetics industry, the Cotton Aesthetics & Beauty spa is built on good 'ole values and there are a couples things around here that their team shares in common; passion for enhancing natural beauty, improving overall wellness from the inside and out, and helping men and women feel beautiful and confident in the way they look and feel. ​​​

Hailee Dihel
Hailee is a 6th generation Arizona native with a family farming background; hence the name ‘Cotton’ Aesthetics & Beauty. After graduating with her business degree, she carried on working in the cotton industry until recently when she went back to school for aesthetics. Taking a chance to pursue something else that she loves, she is excited to begin this new chapter in the beauty industry as an aesthetician and newfound spa owner. When she’s not at the spa you can find her with her high school sweetheart and sassy 7-year-old at competing in rodeos at a dance or cheer competition, participating in the local community with school events or fundraisers and more.

Nurse Injector, Nurse Practioner
Kristen Olmschenk
Kristen moved from New York to the valley for school and graduated from Arizona State University with her nursing degree. She is a Licensed Nurse Practitioner on top of being an aesthetic injector and certified laser technician the past 8 years.. Merged with a couple years of studying art, Kristen loves how her background is incorporated into the aesthetics industry. She also enjoys educating her clients to best understand therapies and treatments that can help them look and feel their best. Away from the spa you can find her with her 3-year-old son, husband, and 2 cats often enjoying the great outdoors!

Michelle Schultz
Michelle started her nursing career in Dermatology in 2008 where her passion for aesthetics started. She completed her injectables and laser training in 2016 and continues to learn innovative approaches and techniques through education and hands on training. Michelle brings 8 years of experience with a gentle approach. She loves educating clients to empower them to feel confident about their treatments and skincare. She is dedicated to helping you achieve your aesthetic goals.
Aesthetician & Laser Technician
Kailen Berry
Born in Seattle, but moved to Arizona at a young age, Kailen is very familiar with the effects this dry climate can have on the skin. Not only is she an aesthetician, but is also a Certified Laser Technician. From a young age, Kailen has always had a passion for aesthetics and a strong drive to always further her knowledge in this field. With her close attention to detail, she strives to make her clients look and feel their best. Outside of the spa, she loves spending time with her family and friends, going on fun adventures, and doing anything outdoorsy.
