You may see a little resemblance here within Cotton Aesthetics & Beauty, and that's because we stayed true to cotton roots!
The farmhouse details throughout the salon are a tribute to salon owner Hailee Dihel's family farming background in Arizona cotton and hay production.

Now taking a leap into the aesthetics industry, the Cotton Aesthetics & Beauty salon is built on good 'ol values and there are a couples things around here that their team shares in common; passion for enhancing natural beauty, improving overall wellness from the inside and out, and helping women feel beautiful and confident in the way they look and feel.

MEET THE TEAM
HAILEE DIHEL
Owner & Aesthetician
Hailee is a 6th generation Arizona native with a family farming background; hence the name ‘Cotton’ Aesthetics & Beauty. After graduating with her business degree, she carried on working in the cotton industry until recently when she went back to school for aesthetics. Taking a chance to pursue something else that she loves, she is excited to begin this new chapter in the beauty industry as an aesthetician and newfound spa owner. When she’s not at the spa you can find her with her high school sweetheart and sassy 5-year-old at competing in rodeos or out playing in the sand dunes!
MORGAN VOORHAAR
Nurse Injector
Morgan is an Arizona native, born and raised in Tempe. After attending Grand Canyon University to study Nursing in 2019 she began her career in Maternity at a local hospital. In 2021, Morgan completed her certification in injecting Botox and Dermal Fillers. She began her Nurse Injecting career immediately after. Morgan has always known that aesthetics is where her true passion shines, more importantly she loves helping others feel confident in their own skin. She loves to help clients see their own natural beauty within the aesthetic world and achieve all of their beauty goals.
SERENA DEVRIES
Aesthetician

Serena recently moved to Arizona from Los Angeles California. She is excited to bring her love of beauty and knowledge of aesthetics and skincare to her clients. She is excited to further her career in aesthetics and keep growing cliental and advanced procedures. In her free time, she loves to be outdoors, riding her horse, and being near the water.
KRISTEN OLMSCHENK
Nurse Injector
Kristen moved from New York to the valley for school and graduated from Arizona State University with her nursing degree. She is a Licensed Nurse Practitioner on top of being an aesthetic injector and certified laser technician the past 8 years.. Merged with a couple years of studying art, Kristen loves how her background is incorporated into the aesthetics industry. She also enjoys educating her clients to best understand therapies and treatments that can help them look and feel their best. Away from the spa you can find her with her 2-year-old son, husband, and 2 cats often enjoying the great outdoors!
LISA JORDAN
Nurse Injector
A 3rd generation nurse with a background in Cardiology, Lisa has now been injecting for 3 years and is always updating her education with the latest techniques. Lisa prioritizes patient education and making everyone feel comfortable in her chair. Originally from Colorado, Lisa loves getting outside in the mountains or riding her horse "LC". She is always game for trying a new restaurant or trying new recipes at home with her fiancé and pup "Layla".
